Our Purpose

Equipping the church to fulfill the Great Commission.

The purpose of Reach One Ministries is to equip churches, pastors, ministry leaders, and believers to fulfill the Great Commission by developing committed disciples and effective spiritual leaders for the modern church.

We exist to help move people beyond simply identifying as Christians toward becoming intentional, growing, reproducing disciples of Jesus Christ.

We believe the church has been called to do more than gather people for worship. Jesus commissioned His church to make disciples—men and women who know Christ, follow Christ, grow in Christ, serve Christ, and help others become followers of Christ.

Our passion is simple: Reach one. Teach one. Disciple one. Develop one. Send one. Because when one disciple reaches another disciple, lives are changed, leaders are developed, churches are strengthened, and the Kingdom of God advances.

Discipleship is not simply another program of the church. Discipleship is the mission of the church.

“Go ye therefore, and teach all nations…”

Matthew 28:19, KJV

Our Mission

Reach. Equip. Develop. Multiply.

To reach people with the Gospel of Jesus Christ, equip believers to become mature disciples, develop servant leaders, and empower disciples to reproduce disciples.

  1. Reach

    Reach people with the Gospel.

  2. Equip

Equip believers for Christian growth and ministry.

  3. Develop

    Develop Christ-centered servant leaders.

  4. Multiply

Multiply disciples who make other disciples.

Through biblical teaching, preaching, leadership training, discipleship resources, evangelism, mentoring, seminars, workshops, and church consultation.

Our Vision

From membership to discipleship.

Our vision is to see a generation of believers move from membership to discipleship, from spectatorship to service, and from attendance to active participation in the mission of Christ.

We envision churches where discipleship becomes a culture rather than merely a program.

Our vision is multiplication.

  1. Members become ministers.
  2. Believers become disciples.
  3. Disciples become leaders.
  4. Leaders develop other disciples and leaders.

Our Core Message

Christianity or Discipleship?

One of the greatest challenges facing the modern church is not simply getting people into church. It is developing people into disciples.

Jesus did not merely say, “Go and make church members.” He said, “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations…” (Matthew 28:19, KJV).

Reach One Ministries challenges believers and congregations to rediscover the biblical meaning of discipleship.

The question is not simply

“Am I a Christian?”

The deeper question is

“Am I following Jesus as His disciple?”

Our Discipleship Philosophy

Disciples make disciples. Leadership begins with discipleship.

What we believe about discipleship

A disciple is more than someone who believes certain doctrines or attends church services. A disciple is someone who has answered the call of Jesus: “Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men” (Matthew 4:19, KJV).

Authentic discipleship involves following Jesus, learning from Jesus, becoming like Jesus, serving like Jesus, and helping others follow Jesus.

True discipleship produces spiritual maturity, Christlike character, faithful service, servant leadership, evangelistic passion, and multiplication.

Leadership for the modern church

The modern church needs more than gifted personalities. It needs spiritually mature, biblically grounded, servant-minded leaders.

Before Jesus sent His disciples to lead, He taught them to follow. Therefore, effective Christian leadership is not primarily about position, title, influence, or authority. It is about character, service, faithfulness, spiritual maturity, and mission.

Our goal is to help leaders become people who do not merely occupy positions—but who develop people.

Our Core Values

What guides everything we do.

  • Christ-Centered

Jesus Christ is the foundation, focus, and model of everything we do.

  • Biblically Grounded

Scripture provides the foundation for our understanding of discipleship, leadership, evangelism, and ministry.

  • Disciple-Focused

We believe the Great Commission calls the church not merely to attract crowds but to develop disciples.

  • Servant Leadership

Christian leadership follows the example of Jesus, who came “not to be ministered unto, but to minister” (Matthew 20:28).

  • Multiplication

Healthy disciples reproduce. Healthy leaders develop other leaders. Healthy churches intentionally make disciples who make disciples.

  • Mission-Driven

Everything we do ultimately points toward fulfilling Christ’s Great Commission.

Our Discipleship Model

Reach → Teach → Develop → Send → Multiply

  1. Reach

Connect people with Jesus through relationships, evangelism, and the Gospel.

  2. Teach

Ground believers in Scripture and the teachings of Jesus.

  3. Develop

Help disciples discover their gifts, mature spiritually, and develop leadership capacity.

  4. Send

Empower disciples to serve in their churches and communities.

  5. Multiply

Develop disciples who intentionally reach and disciple others.

This is how discipleship becomes a movement rather than merely a ministry program.

A Call to Discipleship

The church does not simply need more members. We need disciples.

The future of the church will not be determined merely by how many people sit in our pews. It will be determined by how many people are becoming disciples of Jesus Christ.

Don’t just attend church. Become a disciple. Then reach one.

  • Disciples who pray.
  • Disciples who study the Word.
  • Disciples who serve.
  • Disciples who witness.
  • Disciples who lead.
  • Disciples who love.
  • And disciples who make other disciples.

Our Motto

  • Every believer can reach somebody.
  • Every disciple can influence somebody.
  • Every leader can develop somebody.
  • And every church can become a disciple-making church.

Imagine what could happen if each disciple intentionally reached just one person and helped that person become another disciple of Jesus Christ. That is the heart of Reach One Ministries.
